From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28, stop by Ladycliff Park in Highland Falls to participate in ‘Mental Health Day’, an outdoor event hosted by The Center of Highland Falls. There will be yoga, informational booths, activities for children and adults, live music, several speakers and more.

The event is possible with the support of several different civic and service groups, and Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler.

“It is going to be an amazing day filled with fun activities and also resources for anyone who would like them,” Organizer Lisa Sibley said. “We can’t wait to see everyone there!”
