The Highland Public Library Board of Trustees will be holding the annual Special District meeting on Tuesday May 4th at 5:30 p.m. A reading of the proposed budget will follow a report from the President of the Board. The annual budget vote will be held in the library from 11 am-8 pm on Wednesday May 5, 2021.

Copies of the proposed budget may be obtained from the library beginning April 19, 2021 and on the library website. Covid protocols will be in place for the meeting and the vote. Masks will be required.

Absentee ballots may be requested by calling the library or printed out from our website.
