Public Forum
The Plattekill Library Board will be holding two public forums regarding the future of the library building. Join us on Monday, August 21 from 6 - 8 p.m. at 2047 State Route 32, Modena, NY 12548. Public participation and feedback will help the library expand the current space to meet your needs. All are welcome, and light refreshments will be served.

Crochet 2gether
Join us at the Plattekill Public Library on the last Saturday of every month from 1 - 2:30 pm. Beginners to advanced crocheters welcomed. Bring your crochet projects to work on, meet other yarn enthusiasts, share some tips and maybe pick up a new technique! Beginners can learn basic skills and make a granny square. Storytime
Spark your child’s imagination and help your child develop early literacy skills. Bring your child to socialize, play, sing, listen to stories and get creative with crafts. Join Miss Melissa on Thursdays at 11 a.m. Register online at plattekill.libcal.com.

Magic Jim
SAVE THE DATE! Join Magic Jim and his trusty sidekick puppet Mortimor on Tuesday, August 15 at the Plattekill Public Library. They will use magic, humor, and stories to create an exciting and magical experience for everyone. Registration is required. Register online at plattekill.libcal.com.

Summer Reading Program
Children and teens receive a goody bag just for registering! After registering, you will receive a reading slip, on which you need to write down the books you have read. When the slip is filled up, bring it back to us for another. Receive a ticket into our daily prize raffle for each slip that is returned to us.
