VILLAGE OF MAYBROOK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING VARIANCES FOR THE APPLICATION OF DONNA BARLETTA (821 TOWER AVE) PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday, the 16th day of October, 2024, at 6:00pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, there will be a Public Hearing conducted by Village of Maybrook Zoning Board of Appeals at Maybrook Village Hall, 111 Schipps Lane, Maybrook, New York 12543, to provide an opportunity for public comment on the application of Donna Barletta for area variances pursuant to Section 210-45 (“Variances”) of the Village Code. The Applicant is requesting to construct a six-foot tall fence in the required side and front yards in the R-4 District, where a maximum height of 4 ft. is permitted, on property located at 821 Tower Ave within the Village of Maybrook, as shown on the Tax Map thereof as Section 107, Block 1, Lot 2.
