VILLAGE OF MONTGOMERY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been introduced before the Village Board of the Village of Montgomery, New York, a local law entitled “A Local Law Amending Chapters 80 (Parks) And 83 (Peace And Good Order) To Prohibit Sleeping In Public Places”. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Village Board of the Village of Montgomery on October 1, 2024 at 7 p.m. at Montgomery Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York to consider the adoption of the aforesaid Introductory Local Law. Any resident of the Village of Montgomery is entitled to be heard upon said proposed Local Law at such public hearing.
