At a quick meeting on September 2, the Town of Highlands Consolidated Planning Board unanimously gave final approval for a new restaurant and bar on Main St. in Highland Falls – Westys. The establishment, in a West Point Association of Graduates building at 427 Main Street, will be operated by Fort Montgomery’s Mark and Holly West, and is expected to open in Spring 2025.
